1. Description of Services

Sierra Automations provides automated communication services, including but not limited to:

AI-assisted call answering and call summaries

SMS and email notifications related to call activity and system events

Operational alerts and customer-care related messaging

We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice, and our services are not a substitute for human judgment or professional services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By using the services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information

Use the services only for lawful purposes

Ensure that you have obtained all required consents from your customers or end users

Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and telecommunications laws (including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements)

You are solely responsible for how you use the information delivered via SMS, email, or AI summaries.

4. SMS & Email Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number and/or email address, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages and emails from Sierra Automations related to:

Call summaries

Operational alerts

System notifications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.

5. AI Limitations & Accuracy Disclaimer

Our services may use artificial intelligence to generate summaries or insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before acting on it

Sierra Automations makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability

Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

6. Fees & Payment

Certain services may be offered for a fee. Pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms will be disclosed prior to activation.

Unless otherwise stated:

Fees are non-refundable

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, systems, and branding associated with Sierra Automations are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services solely for your internal business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sierra Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sierra Automations in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sierra Automations from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

Your use of the services

Your violation of these Terms

Your failure to obtain required consents from third parties

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

You may discontinue use of the services at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
